Instant Moong Bhajia Recipe

Moong Bhajia, or Moong Dal Pakora, is a popular Indian snack made from split green gram (moong dal) that’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect for a rainy day or a tea-time snack, these bhajias are easy to prepare with the Instant Moong Bhajia Mix available at Kitchen Affairs. Here’s a quick and easy recipe to enjoy this delicious treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Instant Moong Bhajia Mix (available at Kitchen Affairs)
  • 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

Direction to make approx. 600g Bhajiya:

  • Take 400g Moong Bhajiya Mix in bowl.
  • Add 450 ml. (3 cup) water to it & prepare the paste.

Keep the paste for 10 minutes.

  • Add Ginger, Green Chilli, Green Coriander as per your taste.
  • Take maximum edible oil in frying pan & keep it on medium flame.
  • Deep fry medium size of Moong Bhajiya in hot oil til they turn to Golden Brown Colour.
  • Eryoy Crispy Moong bhajiya with fried Green Chilli.
