Kitchen Affairs was born out of a deep love for tradition, inspired by the cherished memories and family values of our esteemed founder, Mr. Ravi Sanghi. Growing up, Mr. Ravi Sanghi was surrounded by the rich aromas of freshly made papads, crafted with love by his mother. These were no ordinary papads; they were made using age-old recipes and the finest ingredients, filling their home with warmth and flavor.
But the story of Kitchen Affairs doesn’t start there. Mr. Ravi Sanghi’s inspiration came from his father, Mr. Mahesh Kumar Sanghi, who ran a successful wholesale business. In 1995, Mr. Ravi Sanghi joined his father in the business, learning the ropes of the trade. With the support and encouragement of his father, he took a bold step in 2006, establishing a small manufacturing unit to produce his mother’s beloved papads. This small venture was the beginning of something extraordinary.
The Mission

The initial response to the papads was overwhelming. People loved the quality and authenticity of the products, and this success fueled Mr. Ravi Sanghi’s desire to expand. Over the years, the product line grew to include Pasta, namkeens, Instant mixes, each crafted with the same commitment to excellence.
In 2018-19, Kitchen Affairs experienced significant growth, gaining widespread attention and turning what was once a small manufacturing unit into a thriving enterprise. The company expanded its production capabilities, allowing them to meet the growing demand while maintaining the high standards that had become their hallmark.
